We are proud to mark our Centenary year with our first ever City Lunch!
The event will be held at Smith & Wollensky, nr The Strand London on Thursday 27th March 2025, from 12pm – 5pm.
We’re delighted that the event will be attended and hosted by a pair of England World Cup Winners, with Kyran Bracken hosting and Jason Leonard as our guest speaker.
The event is very generously Sponsored by Blake-Turner Solicitors.
Tables are 10-15 people, with tickets being £120 per head. Ticket price includes:
- Complimentary drinks reception (Sponsored by Broadway Insurance Brokers)
- Three-course lunch
- speaker session
- Live & silent auctions
Through the event we will be seeking to raise money for our Centenary Fund, which all monies raised in our Centenary Year will go towards. The fund itself is primarily to provide money towards initiatives and activities for the benefit of everyone at Old Albanian RFC. Additionally we’re giving a portion of everything we raise towards two charities;
- The Injured Player’s Foundation, which provides support to those seriously injured playing Rugby Union.
- The Wooden Spoon Charity, which seeks to positively transform the lives of vulnerable children and young people through the power of rugby.
While this event is primarily an opportunity to get together to celebrate Old Albanian RFC, to reminisce about the old days and look forward to the future, it’s also a great opportunity to network with potential contacts. We will be providing the opportunity to share details with others who are interested ahead of time to make the most of this opportunity.
The lunch is open to all members, sponsors, players, supporters, parents and friends of Old Albanian RFC and we’d be delighted to host you and your friends, clients in what should be a memorable event.
