U13s host their own awards for the 18/19 season and the players have had a very successful initial season in juniors. Their A’s joint topping the Herts and Middlesex A league and their B’s being the best B side in the 4th league. The age group stayed true to the RFU age grade principles and played many mixed ability games across the season and trained/toured as a mixed ability group. Across the season the OA’s U13’s played 41 games, won 28, drew 3 and lost 10 games. Scoring 1275 points whilst conceding 860 points.
Kim Watson for the age group says “ we are delighted with the great results our players have achieved in their 1st season of Juniors and it’s been great to see the improvement in skills and performances across the season. We are really looking forward to reaching the 15 a side game and full sized pitches next season. With a larger game and bigger squad numbers, we are keen to recruit more players and developing further the great lads we already have within the age group.”
